I welcome enquiries from anyone who is seeking healing in their body. I’ve worked with issues including chronic tension from stress and anxiety, muscle injury/ tension, physical and emotional trauma, body image issues, or anyone for who wishes to build a better relationship with their body.
I have created a safe, non-judgmental clinic environment where you can experience whatever is going on for you. We will work to relieve tension where it occurs for you and to look in to your patterns of moving that, bringing non judgemental awareness toward long term healing. You can experience a series of gentle holds, stretches, deep tissue strokes and joint mobilisations – each treatment will vary in technique depending on your body and what feels ok for you at any given time. I will encourage you to listen to your own body to develop awareness and grounding to enable you to meet each moment anew.
We experience our felt sense through our bodies – emotion is felt in the body! So why not begin to build a better, kinder relationship with your body.
The number of treatments will vary from person to person - one might be enough. I advise Pilates for my clients who wish to feel better in their bodies long term. Some clients enjoy regular massage, coming monthly/ fortnightly/ weekly. Each person is unique and is treated so.
