
My approach:
I teach Pilates exercises with focus on improving functional movement in everyday life. I use a range of small equipment and bodyweight exercises adding variations, adaptions and progressions to suit different bodies. I imbue my teaching with awareness building - guiding clients to nurture their conscious awareness so they can get to know their bodies, work through assumptions and self judgement, tension and stuckness, helping to free up innate playfulness, curiosity and connection.

I offer Pilates Matwork mini Group, larger group and 1:1 sessions. Classes to suit different abilities with care and attention to each body's way of moving. A safe, friendly space where you can explore your felt sense and find ways of moving more freely.
