I offer Pilates Matwork group classes and one-to-one sessions. Suitable for beginners or intermediate and with care and attention to each body's way of moving. A safe, friendly space where you can explore your felt sense and find ways of moving more freely.
Pilates compliments Massage Therapy wonderfully, offering exercises that help to strengthen the muscles and stabilise the joints, encouraging breathing and relaxation in daily movement as well as in times of rest.
1:1 Classes
Location: Home studio, Queen Square, Strathbungo
Info: Quiet, private space. Range of small equipment provided. Perfect for recovery from injury / pre-natal / those who prefer privacy and plenty of hands on feedback. Exercises tailored to your body and pace. Take-home exercises for continued practise.
Group classes
Location: The Deep End, Nitsdale Street (Behind World Foods)
Info: Mats and any small equipment provided. Bring a cushion or yoga block for under head if this feels supportive for neck.
Group classes run weekly and exercises and small equipment change in blocks of roughly 10 weeks. Comfy mats and small equipment are provided!
1:1 classes Mon/ Wed/ Thurs 9.30am - 3pm, Friday 9.30am- 12.30pm
*5 session block book £230
*60 mins £50 pay as go
Group Classes:
Beginner / Intermediate
Mondays 6.30pm-7.30pm
Wednesdays 6pm-7pm
Intermediate /Adv - more of a workout! Suitable for those with some previous pilates experience.
Wednesdays 7.15p- 8.15pm
*10 class pass (group classes) redeemable over 12 weeks - £100
*Pay as you go £13 (check for availability week by week)
