Classes run weekly and use of small equipment varies roughly every 10 weeks. You can sign up for a block anytime. If you miss a class there is an opportunity to follow free online class recording or try some of the exercises on my YouTube channel. Option either to progress to intermediate / advanced class or to continue at a gentler pace in beginner class.
