This is not a one size fits all treatment- I work with you and your body, sensitive to you as an individual.
Private Pilates Matwork sessions tailored to your body and your needs. Range of small equipment and body weight exercises to help strength, stability and balance throughout the body. Short / long term goal plan and posture advice. Take-home exercises for long term benefits. Advise 5 sessions then option to continue 1:1 / join group classes / continue with exercises learned at home.
Option either to progress to more challenge and flow or to continue at a gentler pace for beginners, remedial and anyone who prefers more instruction. Or do multiple classes a week for variety!

Beginner/ Intermediate level class mixing challenge with relaxation. Ideal as a stand alone weekly workout or for supporting sport or gym activity by building core strength, balance and awareness.
Each session includes:

~Getting to know your stabilising muscles
~Whole body strength exercises
~Playing with co-ordination, balance and flow
