Private Pilates Matwork sessions tailored to your body and your needs. Range of small equipment and body weight exercises to help strength, stability and balance throughout the body. Short / long term goal plan and posture advice. Take-home exercises for long term benefits. Advise 5 sessions then option to continue 1:1 / join group classes / continue with exercises learned at home.

Intermediate: 7.15 - 8.15pm
Fridays at Vanessa Smith Pilates, 71 Oxford St
31st March- 2nd June (10 week block - block booking only)
Beginner / Remedial: 12.30pm Small class of 8 max - lots of hands on feedback during exercises.
