Private Pilates Matwork sessions tailored to your body and your needs. Range of small equipment and body weight exercises to help strength, stability and balance throughout the body. Short / long term goal plan and posture advice. Take-home exercises for long term benefits. Advise 5 sessions then option to continue 1:1 / join group classes / continue with exercises learned at home.
Classes run weekly and use of small equipment varies every 10 weeks or so. You can sign up for a 10 week pass at any time. If you miss a class there is an opportunity to follow free online class recording or try some of the exercises on my YouTube channel. Option either to progress to intermediate / advanced class or to continue at a gentler pace in beginner class.
